Absence notification form
- Please submit a separate form for each day that you will be unable to attend rehearsal.
- These are for absences we've already discussed (mostly college auditions!) - this will help me to keep them all in one place.
- You do NOT need to submit absences if you'll be gone for school trips (Unifieds, Oklahoma) or have conflicting rehearsals (All Shook Up, You Can't Take It With You)
- PRINCIPALS - since we will begin individual coachings please let me know of days that you are going to be out of town in January. Ensemble rehearsals will begin in February.
